This July and August, Roji-Cat is bringing that exact feeling to Miami, Gold Coast, with Niseko Nights, a winter-long celebration running the full length of the season.

If you've been to Roji-Cat before, you know we don't do things halfway. Niseko Nights isn't a one-off event or a single themed night. It's a full transformation of the bar, the menu, and the energy, running every single day we're open across July and August. Think of it as our love letter to Japanese winter culture, filtered through karaoke booths, a beer bar that takes its craft seriously, and a team that genuinely loves throwing a good party.

What's Actually Changing

The most obvious shift is the fit-out. Roji-Cat is getting a full Winter Wonderland makeover, and we mean that literally. The space is being reworked to capture that snowy, neon-soaked Niseko nightlife feel, the kind of atmosphere that makes you want to order one more round and stay just a little longer. Whether you're squeezing into a karaoke booth with your mates or perched at the bar, the room itself is going to feel different this winter.

Then there's the drinks list. We've built an entirely new range of winter cocktails designed for the season, warming, well-balanced, and built to pair with the kind of food you actually want to eat when it's cold outside. Alongside that, we're rolling out a new winter menu, refreshed dishes that lean into comfort without losing the izakaya edge Roji-Cat is known for.

And because no proper winter party is complete without a bit of theatre, we're bringing in shotskis. If you've never done one, a shotski is exactly what it sounds like: a ski rigged with shot glasses, shared between a group, downed together.
