For three weeks from late March, Roji Cat will transform into a cherry blossom dreamscape, bringing the beauty of Japan’s most iconic season to Miami — no flight required. Guests can expect soft pink blooms, spring garden vibes, seasonal bites, floral cocktails, and Toshi’s brand-new Cherry Blossom Brew pouring on tap.
