Shipping Within Australia
Roji Cat proudly delivers across Australia using Australia Post. We strive to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. Below are our shipping policies and conditions.
Processing & Dispatch Time
- Orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Timeframes
Australia Post delivery times vary depending on your location:
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-3 business days (Metro areas)
Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by Australia Post and may be affected by external factors such as extreme weather, peak seasons, or public holidays.

Delivery Address & Requirements
- We only deliver within Australia.
- Please provide an accurate and complete address to avoid delays.
- If an incorrect address is provided, Roji Cat is not responsible for undelivered or lost packages.
- Deliveries to PO Boxes & Parcel Lockers are accepted.
Authority to Leave (ATL) & Signature on Delivery
- If you select "Authority to Leave", the package will be left at your address without a signature. Roji Cat is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery.
- If you prefer "Signature on Delivery", someone must be available to sign for the package upon arrival. If no one is available, Australia Post will leave a collection card.
Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments
- If your order is delayed, please check the tracking link provided in your confirmation email.
- If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at [marketing@rojicat.com.au] within 48 hours of receiving your package.
- We will assist in lodging an inquiry with Australia Post, but we are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Returns & Refunds
- We do not accept returns for change of mind.
- If your order arrives damaged, please email us with photos and details within 48 hours for review.
- Refunds/replacements are subject to our approval and may be processed as store credit or a replacement item.
